Wystartowała 11. edycja Projektu Mentorskiego UŁ

The official inauguration of the Mentorship Project took place on 7 December at the Biedermann’s Palace. That’s when the students had the opportunity to meet and talk to their mentors for the first time. Dr Ewa Hartman, who talked about how to take care of one’s own well-being in the world of changing technologies, was the special guest of the meeting.

This year's edition of the Mentorship Project involves 34 mentors and 44 students.

Throughout six months of intensive cooperation with experienced mentors, students will receive support in overcoming challenges related to their professional path and personal development. Mentors will actively support young people in finding their own professional paths, helping to identify and develop their hidden potential and discover unique talents.

We keep our fingers crossed for all the mentees and mentors and wish you many fruitful meetings!

The Mentorship Project has been very popular among students for years. Every year, the project's mentors are ready to take new mentees under their wings. This proves how valuable and necessary initiative the Mentorship Project is.

10 years of Mentorship Project is behind us

During the inaugural meeting, participants in previous editions shared their reflections and comments. Mentor Anna Maria Wesołowska mentioned how valuable the contact with students was for her, and how much value the young people's perspective brings. She also encouraged this year's mentees to make the most of the opportunity to cooperate with mentors, to take the initiative and reach for more.

The mentor's reflections were supplemented by Aleksandra Cabaj, a graduate of the 10th edition of the Mentorship Project. She recalled her development under the supervision of Michał Hertel, CEO at BrandLift Customer Advocacy. She encouraged students starting their adventure in the project to boldly ask their mentors questions, test their ideas and ask for the feedback.
